By purchasing from Moomi Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Information:
   We make every effort to accurately display product images and descriptions. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting.

2. Order Processing:
   All orders are made-to-order. Production begins once your order is placed, and no changes or cancellations can be made after this point.

3. Payment:
   Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is received.

4. Shipping:
   We currently ship within the U.S. only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds:
   All sales are final once production begins. Sizing kits cannot be returned. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property:
   All designs, images, and content on this site are property of Moomi Studio and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability:
   Moomi Studio is not responsible for damages or delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms:
   We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
