At Moomi Studio, each nail set is handcrafted with care, making every design unique and personal. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy once production begins.

Sizing Kits:
To ensure safety and hygiene, all sizing kits are non-returnable.

Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will review your case and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
